1. Working principle

The spindle is the supporting component of the moving cone, which transmits the force of the moving cone to the frame; the frame is the foundation of the crusher, bearing the weight and crushing force of the entire equipment; the spherical bearing is installed between the spindle and the frame to support and position the moving cone.

Adjustment device: used to adjust the size of the discharge port of the crusher to control the particle size of the product. Common adjustment methods include hydraulic adjustment and mechanical adjustment. The hydraulic adjustment device is easy to operate, quick to adjust, and can achieve remote control; the mechanical adjustment device is simple in structure and low in cost, but the adjustment process is relatively cumbersome.

Lubrication system: provides lubrication for each moving part of the crusher, reduces wear and extends the service life of the equipment. The lubrication system usually consists of an oil pump, an oil tank, a filter and an oil pipe.
