Working principle

The mobile construction waste crushing plant includes vibrating feeder, stone crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, magnetic separator etc. After construction waste is fed to vibrating feeder by the loader, the material be transmit to crusher, they are crushed by heavy hammer crusher. The discharge materials will be sent to vibrating screen by belt conveyor which be made as foldable style. After screen, the unqualified large size gravels will be crushed again, the qualified aggregates will be piled out for further processing, such as iron removing , wood chips separating , cleaning etc.
